Together, Jaciel and German have built PBC Professional Building Cleaning into more than just a cleaning company—it’s a family-run business that values hard work, dedication, and a touch of fun along the way!
Jaciel Hernandez
Co-founder
Originally from Mexico City, Jaciel moved to the U.S. in 1999 with big dreams and an even bigger love for cleanliness (seriously, a messy space is his worst nightmare). With a background in customer service and business management, he’s worked in the restaurant and bakery industries, where he mastered the art of keeping things spotless—and making a mean pastry or two.
Beyond business, Jaciel is a self-proclaimed foodie who spends his free time cooking, baking, and exploring new recipes. He’s also an avid fan of cooking shows (think MasterChef competitor in the making), and when he’s not in the kitchen, you’ll find him exercising, dining out, or going on walks with his beloved dogs, Polo & Lalo. His favorite dishes? Mole and seafood—but only if they’re cooked to perfection!
He is always ready for an adventure, whether it’s traveling to new destinations or learning about new cultures.
German Hernandez
Co-founder
Born and raised in Guatemala, German brings years of experience in the food, manufacturing, and cleaning industries to PBC Professional Building Cleaning. His journey started with a 13-year career in the cleaning business, where he learned the ins and outs of professional cleaning, safety standards, and efficiency. That first job sparked an idea—to create a company that prioritizes both quality and customer satisfaction—and the rest is history!
German is a natural leader who thrives on motivating others and ensuring that every project meets the highest standards. When he’s not running the business, you’ll find him watching action-packed movies (his all-time favorite: Taken), enjoying Guatemalan rice tamales, green chili tamales, and, of course, tequila and margaritas. But nothing beats his morning cup of authentic Guatemalan coffee, the fuel behind his energy and passion for work.
Polo and Lalo
Polo and Lalo are more than just pets, they’re beloved members of the PBC Professional Building Cleaning family!
Polo, Lalo’s father, hails from Mexico and is a calm and gentle soul at 8 years old. He enjoys spending time outdoors, soaking up the fresh air. When he’s not relaxing, he’s keeping a watchful eye on Lalo, his adventurous and curious pup, who’s always exploring the world around him.
